The tapes, which are, manufacture in smaller widths of 12mm, 24mm etc are used as a stationery item. In the normal consumption manner, the consumers use a tabletop dispenser for cutting the tape in its required length to use it. These tapes are not hand tear able.But during the manufacturing process (in the slitting stage) of these BOPP self adhesive tapes it can be made hand tear able if we use pneumatic air knives. These knives serve two purposes:u00fftSlit the tape filmu00fftSlit the tape film in such a manner that it makes edges of the tape continuously jagged which is not visible to the naked eye. However, if some one opens the tape and tries to tear it, he shall be able to do it very easily.This is because the circular air crush knives have made continuous weak points on the bop film edges to enable hand tearingWe are looking for a good company manufacturing this kind of air knife for making easy tear tape.If you can supply the same, what will be the cost of each air knife cutter?
