What do we do in case of product quality problems?A: 1) For the Aluminium Profiles ,10 years warranty for powder coating and 15 years for PVDF coating. Hardware and accessoriesdepends on what brands you choose and working properly under correct operation(10 years warranty for German hardware).2) Our factory will test all the products and comfirm they are good before shipment .However , we will provide replacementproducts or accessories by courier if for quality problems .
