Product Introduction
Coal impact crusher is single rotor irreversible crusher, mainly applied to crush low hard crisp materials like coal and coke in the coking plant, power plant and coal mine. It has high size reduction ratio, high output, even granularity, less over-crushing, low energy consumption and convenient maintenance.
Working Principle
Materials are crushed by the speedy impact produced by the hammer on the rotary rotor. Crushed materials are thrown along the direction of tangent to the impact plate on the other end of the chamber to be recrushed. Then, they will rebound to the hammer from the impact plate. Materials will also impact with each other on the way. Because of the beat of the hammer, impact of the plate and collision between materials, they crack and loosen. Then, they will be discharged when the size is smaller than the gap between the impact plate and the hammer.
Performance Characteristics
1. Large feeding inlet, high crushing chamber, suitable for materials of high hardness, large lumpiness, less stone powder, high size reduction ratio, cubic shape of products, selectable crushing.
2. After the optimization, the machine has low rotary speed and multi-crushing chamber. The locity decreases by 20%-25% compared to common impact crushers, which improves the productivity by low energy consumption.
3. The back plate of the rotor is able to carry high moment of inertia and the crushing force of the hammer.
4. It's convenient to adjust the gap between the impact plate and the hammer which effectively controls the discharging granularity and forms good shape.
