Mullite insulation brick

The raw material for mullite insulation brick is mullite. This kind of brick has high structure strength, low creep, small thermal expansion rate, strong resistance to chemical erosion and good thermal shock resistance.In generally, alumina accounts 65%-75%. Besides mullite,there are also glass se and christobalite as well as corundum which are good grade fillings. Mullite insulation bricks are widely used for lining in high temperature kilns such as shuttle kiln,roller kiln,glass kiln and petroleum kilns.
