Mixing DeviceMixing device is the most important part for a cement mixer. We adopt high-rigidity and high-tenacity wearable cast alloy steel to prolong the service time, which also is optimized torsional and bending strength. The mixing trough is designed more intensive and never deformed.2. Hydraulic DischargeStrong driving force; avoid pneumatic discharge can’t discharge smoothly because of pneumatic shortage or weak driving force. Manual discharge can be used in emergency.

No grease distributor maintenance troubles and improve working reliability.4. Shaft Head SealWe have six-layer shaft end sealing for our js mixers. This can avoid concrete leakage much more effectively. Except this, we also set a unique structure to better solve the concrete leakage problem.
