1. mixing system
Host - type: horizontal shaft forced
Mixing blades and linings use wear-resistant materials, long service life, easy maintenance and replacement.
Mixer design reasonable, stirring time is short, less energy consumption, less noise, durable wearing parts.
2. metering system
The cement measuring bucket is hung by the sensor on the frame, the structure is stable and the reliability is high.
The water measuring bucket is hung by the sensor on the frame, and is discharged by water pump.
The measuring bucket of additive is measured by single lifting point sensor, and the measuring cylinder is made of stainless steel.
3. batching system aggregate system consists of aggregate bin, rack, weighing hopper, aggregate conveyor, sensor and so on.
Aggregate bin use loader or feeding belt conveyor feeding.
