The wide-angle fan nozzle features the wide-angle fan spray shape which produces a moderate impact force, even distribution of the ejected liquid and the liquid drop of medium size. The round spray hole and the large and unobstructed passage minimize the obstruction. Wide-angle nozzles provide the guide surface for precious processing to reliably and accurately control the deflection angle.
The liquid distribution of the fan spray type presents a thin, flat sheet of liquid. As the spray meets a surface, a thin iquid is produced. The spray type is formed by an oval nozzle mouth.
Since the liquid is concentrated into a smaller area, the impact produced by a fan nozzle is generally greater than that of a full or hollow cone nozzle.
