The rectangular hollow cone nozzle features that it can produce hollow cone shape, the spray area is annular, and the spray angle is 40°-90°. The nozzle can produce evenly distributed spray in a wide range of flow rate and pressure, and the liquid size is small to medium. The nozzle has exnt application effect of liquid atomization in low pressure conditions, and the effect is particularly evident in the impact applications required with rapid heat exchange or the effective suspended drop. Another important advantage of the nozzle is its large and unimpeded flow passage, which can reduce or eliminate the obstruction.

A hollow cone nozzle sprays fluids in a ring-like pattern around a given radius, which produces a good interface between air and the surface of the droplets. When you require a small droplet size with capacity, these nozzles fill the bill.

The hollow cone spray type is essentially a circular liquid ring, which is usually formed by Flow chamber/cavity tangent at fluid inlet or an internal slotted blade which is close to the upstream of the nozzle orifice.
