EM-5 Flue Gas Analyzer

Overview

EM-5 series flue gas analyzer is a series of self-developed gas analysis products for onanalysis of domestic as well as foreign environmental protection and industrial control. Based on UV Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS) technology and chemometrics algorithm (PLS), it is able to measure the gas concentration of SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, Cl2, O3, H2S, Ch3 and etc. With features of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, fast response time, wide application scope, it can be widely applied in occasions of environment ontoring, industrial process control, safety monitoring and etc.

Depended on years of flue gas analyzer research experience and combined with practical experience of thousands of successful application cases, the analyzer has derived multiple types (standard type, low emission type, ultra-low emission type, and customized type) to meet different index requirements in different working condition.

UV DOAS technology. The optical technology platform consists of a light source, gas chamber, optical fiber and spectrogra(including the diaagm, a holograc grating, ray detector) and other optical components.

Ultraviolet light emitted by light source enters the gas chamber by an optical window and absorbed by measured sample gas flowed through the gas chamber. The light carrying sample absorption information will be gathered by the lens and coupled into an optical fiber and then transmits into spectrometer through fiber. After light splitting and to-voltaic conversion, the gas absorption spectrum is obtained.

The corresponding component concentration in the gas can be calculated by analyzing the spectrum.

Note: the difference among standard analyzer, low emission analyzer, and ultra-low analyzer is the different optical path length of gas chamber: for standard analyzer, it adopts dual lens collimation system with 0.25m optical path; for low emission analyzer, it adopts multiple return structure with 1m optical path; for ultra-low emission analyzer, it uses white structure.
