Nonwoven fabric COMFORT, HONEY single-layer or multi-layer type Spunbond, Span-melt-span, produced on semi-automatic extrusion of polypropylene fibers from a melt with subsequent thermal bonding on calenders.
COMFORT is intended for use as a raw material for the production of:
- diapers for children and adults;
- sanitary pads;
- wet wipes.
HONEY is intended for use as a raw material for production:
- various types of disposable clothing;
- medical masks;

The produced NM is produced in the range of weights from 08
g / m2 up to 100 g / m2 colored and undyed with additives,
modifying the properties of NM, or without them of the following types:
spunbond (hereinafter SS, SSS) - spunbond
from polypropylene continuous fibers;
Spun-Melt-Span (hereinafter referred to as SMS) is a three-layer material, in which an intermediate layer of randomly located polypropylene fibers of different lengths is located between the spunbond layers.
Non-woven fabric is available in colorless or
painted in primary colors in accordance with the approved standards.
On request, nonwoven fabric can be dyed
any color according to the provided standard, while spunbond has a more uniform coloration structure than span-strand-span-span.
Non-woven fabric may contain additives in
in accordance with the nomenclature of dyes and additives.
These additives can be applied to the surface
NM by the method of impregnation from a solution or introduced in granular form through dosing devices.
Each layer of a multilayer NM can contain one
or several additives.
Non-woven fabric is produced with a thread thickness not exceeding
2.5 denier
It is allowed to reduce the tensile strength indicators to
5.0% and up to 10% elongation within 2 weeks after the NM production date.
Additional indicators can be determined by agreement with the client.
ÐÐœ is supplied to the consumer in the form of rolls up to
120 cm. Rolls are stacked up to 2600 mm high. Single rolls can be supplied in widths up to 4200 mm. From below and from above, the stack is covered with a circle of corrugated cardboard. A stack of rolls is wrapped with stretch film.
By agreement with the consumer, other types are allowed packaging.
