How to use Lavender oil

-Personally, I use it for its smell, on clothing, bed sheets, pillow. Sometimes just mix it with water and leave the water evaporate in the room. It is a very relaxing smell.

-Massage cream. You can add 2-3 drops to your massage oil, it is known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, reduce acne and restore skin complexion, relieve pain, alleviate headaches.

-Salt bath with 2-3 drops of essential oil. Salt is known to cleanse negative energies, plus by adding high quality essential oils, your bath will support you in relaxing more deeply.

-Cooking, cosmetic, shampoo. Depending on skin type don’t apply it directly on sensitive skin, like face, neck, it is recommended to be mixed with creams or good quality coconut oil.

-Yoga Mat cleaning product. There are many recipes, but one of the simplest ones is : ½ cup water+ ½ cup white vinegar+ 2-3 drops essential oil depending on how strong you want it to smell.
