BunnyMag Body Fluids Microbiome DNA Isolation Kit is applicable for microbial DNA extraction from a variety of biological fluid samples (such as alveolar lavage, sputum, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.) and swab samples, and is compatible with host removal samples.

Using sputum, alveolar lavage, and oral swab as test samples, BunnyMag Body Fluids Microbiome DNA Isolation Kitwas used for microbial DNA extraction, comparing to similar products from Qiagen and T company. Our kit had high extraction yields in similar products from competing companies.

Using the BunnyMag Body Fluids Microbiome DNA Isolation Kit and T company’s similar product, we extracted total microbial DNA from 5 clinical alveolar lavage samples and constructed libraries with equal quality, and the library preparation yield was higher than that of competing products.

Z microbial standards were used as test samples into 5 body fluid samples, and microbial DNA was extracted using BunnyMag Body Fluids Microbiome DNA Isolation Kit and Qiagen's similar products respectively. Also, library preparation and sequencing were completed. The figure displays that the product was able to extract different kinds of micro-organisms unbiasedly, and the extraction efficiency & accuracy were highly consistent with the competing products.
