Our NEON Optical Yarn Clearer is an electronic sensor used to detect yarn / thread faults in chenille yarn and fancy yarn production. NEON Optical Sensor is mounted to the winding machine. During the winding process yarn passes through our device and checked for given quality Thin and Thick parameters. Measurements out of the electronically controlled parameter ranges are detected and yarn is cut by the optic clearer. For Fancy Yarn production also yarn patterns can be controlled. We have two models;
NEON GOLD: This device is designed specifically for Chenille Yarn Production.Â
