Our PUR hot melt machine uses environment friendly hot melt glue. The working width of the machine is 60 inches and can be customized. The speed of the machine is 0 to 40 meters per minute.
There is thermal oil circulated in the glue roller, this glue roller can heat up the glue upto 150 C.
There is blade near the glue roller.
The gsm of glue depend on the holes on glue roller.
Deeper the holes, greater is GSM.
The gsm is also controlled by PLC attached with the machine.
