Stretching Work Shop

The basic shape of product is made by the machine. It needs to put some stretch oil for reducing the damage of machine. Belly-shape needs a rubber mould.Each shape matches its own rubber mould .

Temper

Some products may need this step ,but not every one which needs high temperature . To change material sical property , roll the edge of pot naturally to make the edge of items without crack .

Capsule Bottom

Brazed welding machine : According to customer's requirement, use machine to punch aluminum outside the bottom.For example,outside the bottom ,there are 3 mm aluminum +0.5mm 430# induction base with welding powder .
