Pulse jet filter bag is core of dust collector baghouse,and filter bag’s quality directly determines customer’s dust collecting efficiency and filter bag’s service life.

The pulse jet baghouse was designed to allow more air volume to flow through a given cloth area while cleaning on-compressed air cleaning provided more cleaning energy allowing for air.

Dust is collected on the outside of the bag.During cleaning,the dust is removed by a blast of compressed air injected through a blowpipe over each row of bags via a venturi in the top of each filter bag.This is referred to as on-ning as only one row of bags cleans while the remaining rows continue to collect dust from the source.

Pulse jet baghouses use nonwoven media filters bags,the material mainly include:

PE,PP,Acrylic,PPS,Aramid,PTFE,P84,we also provide a solution to mixing multi fibers together and make composite felt filter bag to match customer’s different working application and request.With the exception of high temperature applications,Woven/Fiberglass media is required.
