Refined adsorbent magnesium aluminum silicate (general formula: [MX 2+My 3+A n- (OH)n]·mH2O,
is white srical particles or powder with porous structure and good fluidity. It is a solid amteric
compound. This product can remove acid, odour, and colour, adsorb potassium and sodium ions, and
filter media. As a polyether refined adsorbent, it exhibits exnt adsorption and decolorization
performance. It is used in the last section in the polyether polyols production process.
Production application: the crude polyether polyol was put into the neutralization kettle. A small
amount of pure water is added at a certain temperature. the neutralization reaction was carried out
after stirring. The solution is controlled to a given value. Magnesium aluminum silicate is added
at the same temperature. The solution is kept at the temperature for 1.5~2 h before vacuum distillation
for dehydration. A filtration cycle doesnât begin until the water content reaches a given value. The
K + (Na+ ) ion content of the solution is determined until it reaches a given value. The solution is filtered
immediately, and the filtrate is clear and transparent polyether.
Packaging, transportation, and storage: outer coating paper, ft composite paper and soft
plastic bags. Net weight 20kg/bag.
Requirements: light loading, light unloading, rainproof, moisture-proof. Products that have not been
used up after opening the bag must be wrapped and sealed.
