Butane Extraction Evaporation Machine Technical PrincipleMain solvents for low temperature sub critical extraction are liquid propane, butane, dimethyl ether, R134a and liquid ammonia. It is because the extraction temperature is above the boiling point of the solvent but under the critical temperature, and these 5 sub critical solvents' boiling point are all below 0℃. We define it as low temperature sub critical extraction. The extraction principle is similarity-inter-miscibility theory, the technology is counter current extraction, the pressure is between 0.3~ 1.0MPa, the temperature for extraction and dissolving is environment temperature, the solvent is adopted compression recovery and recycling.
