The baler, most often called a hay baler is a piece of farm machinery used to compress a cut and raked crop (such as hay, cotton, flax straw, salt marsh hay, or silage) into compact bales that are easy to handle, transport, and store.

(1) How to order?

1. Please choose your suitable MODEL or MODELS.

2. Please tell us your QUANTITY.

Our MOQ is 1 set. We accept 1 set sample order.

The price is negotiable for big quantity, like 20ft container, 40ft container, etc.

3. Normally, the payment terms is 30%T/T in advance, the balance before delivery. Others is also negotiable.

4. After you decide to purchase, we will send you proforma invoice with our bank information. Then you can take this P.I. to the bank, and ask to make T/T for the deposit.

For single set, your machine can be delivered within 5 days after we getting the deposit, we will send to the port and deliver to you by sea.

For big quantity, we will arrange production according to our confirmed delivery time. When the goods are finished, we will take tos to you for confirmation, and then you can arrange the balance to us. After we have received the money, we will send the goods to the port and deliver to you by sea.

(2) What horse power of tractor suitable for this baler?

-If your tractor has above 20-50HP (for MRB850 and MRB870), MRB1070 need above 30HP, then it will operate our compact hay balers.

-If your tractor has independent or live PTO you can operate our compact hay balers.

(3) About the bales?

-Bale dimension: (MRB850) 50*70cm, (MRB870) 61*70cm, (MRB1070) 61*100cm

-Bale weight: (MRB850) 29-35kg, (MRB870) 38-45kg, (MRB1070) 48-65kg, Weight is adjustable bacause density is adjustable.

-Efficiency: MRB850/870: 80-120 bales per hour, MRB1070 60-100 bales per hour, this should be according to the density of the bale.

-Density of the bales can be adjusted, we suggest to container no more than 20% moisture.

-To store the small silage bales, we recommed a hay wrapper
