PC hollow sheet can be installed following the curve of bended structure. Bend radius should be bigger than its minimum bearing. In this way, the stress introduced from bending will not affect sheet mechanical properties and install along the sheet.
Curved Method to Seal for Bending Installation: Both ends need filtering area with holes in the curved installation on roof. Note: Please keep the ends clean to discharges condensate water.
Environment for Raising: No matter what is the raising structure, reinforced stee should be tited downwards. They should be installed vertically supporting the boards.Tilted Installation: In order to discharge water, we recommend haveing at least 5 degrees tited angleRoof Installation: When installed on the roof, please don't stand on the board during installation or cleaning works. Use wooden material or other devices to support them.
