BBQ / Restaurant Grade A Charcoal
The BBQ grade charcoal from birch wood (ayin) has high carbon content which is able to produce clicking sound during heating interactions. It's well known to burn for extensive duration. It's has no sparkle, no odor and smokeless since the heating process is binding agent free.
Specification: Fixed Carbon: min 85.00%; Moisture Content: 3 - 8%; Ash Content: 1-4%; Volatile : 5%; Carbon Matter: max 15%; 100% natural lump wood.
Our quality Ayin Barbeque charcoal ranges from 20mm to 70mm, bagged in 30/32kg. Very good for Restaurant and for Shisha/Hooka.
