Dual Impact Label, an upgraded brand new version of the traditional impact indicator with 2 shock indicators, can detect 2 different impact set G-force, from 10G to 100G shock forces and provide more Accurate Shock Detection and monitor your goods during transit or in storage.

General impact indicators have only 1 display window and usually fail to reflect the accurate impact force. The impact force is much Larger than the selected impact detector label and makes the products More Serious Damaged.

Dual Impact Label can shorten the working time and brings more benefits for corporates. For sure, use is the same as Impact Label, can be applied on packaging, a carton or equipment directly. Once the item was dropped, impacted, shaked, , the middle window of Dual Impact Label will indicate accordingly.

How to Choose the Second Shock Indicator?

  Add an impact indicator that the G Value is Higher than the original one

  For Example:

  The Selected Label is Impact Label 50G in the first step.

  Then you can choose 75G or 100G.

  

  • As the both indicators are activated which indicates that the impact to the goods / shipment is much Greater than the g value of the selected Impact Label, and the probability of product damage is extremely high, so the Receipt can Be Rejected.

  • Per-Warning

    Add an impact indicator that the G Value is Lower than the original one

    For Example:

    The Selected Label is Impact Label 50G in the first step.

    Then you can choose 25G or 37G.
