1,Exnt solution for oil leak of hydraulic system :

2, Billet supply/feeding capacity:
a, sufficient heating power of burner; Φ127 furnace adopt 300000Kcal burner;
b, sufficient air volume of circulation blower to ensure heating speed;
3, Temperature difference of billet:
a, temperatures of billet is adjustable, divided by three zones, front, middle and rear zone;
b, sufficient air volume and air pressure to ensure even/uniform air heating at front, middle and rear zones.
4, Billet moving/transfer design:
Billet moving in three steps design. To fix one end of billet and operate on the other end to save half pushing force and easier to transfer billet and to avoid billet stuck while moving.
5, Air duct design and energy saving:
a, exhaust temperature lower than 100â, most case lower than 80â;
b, burning with three stages design for gas and air fully combined;
c, proportional burner and intelligent control. When temperature reaches set point, fire will automatically become lower while become high if furnace temperature lower than set point;
d, 300+ units of cubic stainless steel tube to collect the exhaust remaining heat, then preheating combustion air to 200 celsius degree;reduce heat losing
6, Safety:
a,three 750x500mm anti-explosion openings/doors, two are at furnace body and one at the chamber;
b,anti-explosion opening/doors with 600 slope edges design ensures anti-explosion function;
c,nozzle adopt 3 stages combustion design for fully combustion and no remaining gas inside the furnace chamber;
d, flame detector will deliver alarm and shut off the burner/gas automatically if the combustion is not fully;
e, before ignition, venting blower will automatically turn on and clear/purge remaining exhaust/gas inside the furnace;
f, fails to ignition over 3 times, gas valve will automatically shut off and after 15mins, once faults been eliminated and then ignition is workable;
g, the pilot flame inside to burn up remaining gas inside furnace chamber.
