Gaseous and particulate are dynamically removed from the emission source and collected in a multi-component sampling train. The group's components consist of a fiberglass filter and two sets of glassware called the front half and the back half.The front half consists of a group of glass nozzles, a probe covered with heated glass, the front half of the filter holder with the filter.The back half includes a back half filter stand, insulated PTFE sample transfer tube, condenser coil and solid absorbent unit. Technogroovy Dioxine Stack Sampler contains all the components required to form the back half of the assembly equipment.

Technogroovy manufactures all components of the front half glassware, including the glass openings, the heated glass-be (, the heated filter box, and the insulated PTFE sample transport tube). Technogroovy also makes the entire stand holder and also supplies the filter.

Thermocouple : T/C sensor in SS 304 casing, length of insertion: 1 m with 2m long cable.

Pitot Tube : Calibrated S-type fabricated -SS 304, 1m long

Particulate Sampling : 0 -60 lpm collection on thimble type filter up to 0.3 micron rating.

Gaseous Sampling : 0 - 3 lpm collection in a set of Borosilicate glass impingers.

Rotameter : Acrylic body with 5% FSD accuracy, 0 - 30 lpm for PM and 0-3 lpm for GAS.

Sampling Probe : 1m long SS tube with inside lining of Teflon & provision for controlled at 120 deg C heating.

Filter Holder : Glass filter holder with heating provision

Digital Clock : 0-60 minutes, 1 second readout with start and stop switches.

Temp. Controller : Digital type temperature controller.

Dry Gas Meter : Range 0 to 40 LPM connected to SPM

Sampling Train : 3 Nos. of 240 ml cap glass impinger, 1 No. condenser glass coil, 1 No. moisture bottle 400 ml & 1 No. cartridge tube accommodated in separate ice tray with instrument panel with a provision to cool down flue gas temperature.

Vacuum Pump : Mono block Rotary Vane type, oil free, 0.5 HP single se motor (230V) with more than 100 lpm free flow capacity.
