FOB OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE VESSEL TO TANK (VTT) STRICTLY
1. Buyer sends ICPO, Company Registration Certificate and a copy of international passport.
2. The Seller Issues Commercial Invoice (CI). Buyer signs and returns the CI to the Seller with their signed Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) for the Seller’s Verification and Approval to enable injection programming.
3. The Seller issues the POP documents as below and sends to the Buyer:
(a) Commitment to Supply
(b) Certificate of Origin
(c) Authorisation to Verify (ATV)
(d) Unconditional DTA
(e) Fresh SGS (not older than 48 hours)
(f) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
(g) ATSC
(h) Injection Report.
(i) Vessel Q88
4. The Buyer conducts inspection on buyer’s expense.
5. Seller issue the NCNDA/IMPFA to all intermediaries involved in the transaction and for endorsement.
6. Upon successful dip test of the product, Seller commence injection to Buyer’s tank, Buyer makes payment of the product via MT 103 and Seller transfer Title.
7. Possible rolls and extension.
