2. SELLER ISSUES COMMERCIAL INVOICE FOR TRIAL ORDER.
3. BUYER SIGNS CI AND COMPLETES THE DELEGATE APPOINTMENT FORM FOR SUBMISSION OF POP AND CONFIRMATION OF BUYER TANK FARM AGREEMENT.
A) SGS â SANITIZED REPORT
B) INJECTION REPORT â SANITIZED REPORT
C) TSR- SANITIZED REPORT
4. UPON BUYER TANK FARM VERIFICATION OF THE ORIGINAL REPORTS REGISTERS SELLER AS THEIR SUPPLIER OF DELIVERY OF PRODUCT.
5. UPON REGISTRATION OF SELLER AS SUPPLIER. BUYER RECEIVE POP UNSANITIZED REPORTS VIA INCLUDING FRESH SGS.
6. BUYER PROVIDES AUTHORIZATION TO INJECT FROM BUYER TANK FARM UPONÂ BUYER CONFIRMATION OF FRESH SGS INCLUDING UNSANITIZED POP.
7. INJECTION IS SCHEDULED INTO BUYER TANKS AND AUTHORIZATION TO SELL.
8.BUYER CONFIRMS COMPLETION OF INJECTION INTO BUYER TANKS AND RECEIVES FULL POP.
9. BUYER MAKES PAYMENT FOR TOTAL PRODUCT INJECTED INTO BUYER TANKS AND SELLER SETTLES COMMISSIONS AS PER NCNDA/IMFPA.
FULL POP INCLUDES
I) INJECTION REPORT.
II) Q & Q REPORT (INSPECTION REPORT) SGS FOR THE JUST CONCLUDED INSPECTION.
III) TANK STORAGE RECEIPT.
IV) AUTHORIZATION TO VERIFY.
V) AUTHORIZATION TO SELL AND COLLECT.
