Application of rock crusher

Working principle of rock crusher

1.Laboratory rock crusher consists of two extrusion rollers synchronously in se , one is fixed roll and the pther is moving roll .

2. The materials are fed from the top of the two rollers and the extruded rollers are continuously carried into the middle of the rollers . Under the high pressure of 50-200Mpa ,the materials are discharged from the machine with the ideal particle size.3.When the material touches the roll surface ,the roller force increases gradually , and the maximun pressure can reach 200 Mpa .In addition to a certain proportion of powdery materials , a large of cracks exist in the interior of other granular materials ,which can greatly reduce the energy consumption of crushing grinding in the further grinding process.
