Bicomponent Thermally Bonded Filters cartridges are manufactured using a unique technology using polyny thermally bonded bicomponent fibers resulting in a rigid complex filter ue fiber-to-fiber bond forms a very rigid, stable porosity liminating the need for a support core. The patented construction of this filter cartridge provides consistent filtration and eliminates pore size variability and media migration. The rigid construction also provides a three-dimensional fiber network that offers a high tolerance to differential pressures. This unique feature also prevents changes in the fiber t the life of the filter providing for precise filtration and eliminating filter unloading. These Filters are one to one replacement for 3M (Cuno) Betapure, Chisso Filters ( CP Filters ), CED Filters, Paint Mix Room Filters etc.These are Equivalent to Chisso CP Filters. These Filters are used in CED Paint Shop in Top Coat & Base Coat, Paint Mix Room (PMR) etc.Application:
