Testing procedures
1. Unscrew the big purple lid of antigen extract tube. Then insert the saliva collector on the tube.
2. Put tested person’s mouth on saliva collector to collect the saliva from tested person’s throat. The saliva sample should reach 2mL in the antigen extract tube.
3. Unscrew the saliva collector and move it away from antigen extract tube. Screw the big purple lid on antigen extract tube. Shaking the antigen extract tube to mix saliva with antigen extract R1 thoroughly.
4. Put a test card on the table.
5. Unscrew the lid of antigen extract tube. Use the dropper to extract the saliva samples from antigen extract tube and drip 2~3 drops on the dent of test card.
6. Strong positive will be read within 20 minutes. Negative will be read after 20 minutes. And after 30 minutes, the results will be invalid.
7.Positive: Both the “C†and “T†are shown
Negative: Only the acirc;€œC†is shown.
Invalid Result: The acirc;€œC†isn’t shown, then either the acirc;€œT†is shown or not, the test result is invalid, which needs to test again.
The notice of saliva sample collection
1.Before 30 minutes of testing, don't eat or drink anything, smoke, chew gum or rouge the lips.
2.Rinsing the tested person's mouth before 30 minutes of testing. But don't collect saliva sample immediately after rinsing the tested person's mouth.
3.Ulcer in the mouth, bronchitis and other disease will affect the test result.
4.Keep the different saliva samples apart. Prevent the saliva samples from polluting.

Testing procedures
About testing nasal swab samples
1.Put the extract tube on the work station.
2.insert the swab into one of the tested person’s nostrils.
3.Rotate the swab slowly to wipe the inner wall of nostril
4.Unscrew the big purple lid of the antigen extract tube. insert the swab with nasal specimen into the tube rotate for about 10 seconds. Then press the head of swab on the inner wall of tube to release the swab antigen.
5.Screw the big purple lid of the antigen extract tube. And put the tube on the work station.
6.Put a test card on the table.
7. Unscrew the small white lid on the top of purple lid and drip two drops of specimen on the dent of test card.
8. Strong positive will be read within 20 minutes. Negative will be read after 20 minutes. And after 30 minutes, the results will be invalid.

3. Unscrew the big purple lid of the antigen extract tube. insert the swab with ryngeal specimen into the tube rotate for about 10 seconds. Then press the head of swab on the inner wall of tube to release the swab antigen.
4. Screw the big purple lid of the antigen extract tube. And put the tube on the work station.
5. Put a test card on the table.
6. Unscrew the small white lid on the top of purple lid and drip two drops of specimen on the dent of test card.
7. Strong positive will be read within 20 minutes. Negative will be read after 20 minutes. And after 30 minutes, the results will be invalid.
