PerliteXe "UniversalMix" plaster/render makes it possible to combine the processes of plastering and improving the thermal- , acoustic- insulation and waterproofing properties of walls and facades of various occupancy buildings. After drying, it completely retains its unique characteristics for a long period.
Composition:
Universal plaster/render PerliteXe "UniversalMix" consists of 75% of perlite, 23% of white cement and 2% of minerals.
It is environmentally friendly, does not contain or emit ces, and only improves its properties over time.
Application areas:
PerliteXe "UniversalMix" is easy to use, applied according to standard technology (like any leveling plaster).
It is made on the basis of perlite for internal and external works
Manual and mechanical application
It is used as a finishing pigmented decorative plaster with a surface finish such as "bark beetle", "marble", "raincoat" and other decorations
Plastering of interior spaces with any level of humidity (including bathrooms, shower rooms, basements, entrances, parking lots, etc.)
It is applied to any surface except glass and metal.
It has breathable properties, ensures the outflow of moisture, eliminates mold and mildew.
It efficiently replaces the existing facade insulation systems.
It saves heat and reduces noise level in the room.
Resistance to microorganisms and rodents
It minimally loads the walls, slabs during restoration and repair work.
Preparation of the mixture
1) Pour 3 l of water in an empty container of at least 50 liters.
2) Open the package with PerliteXe and completely pour all 9 kg it into the container with water
3) Top up the mixture with 2 liters of water.
4) Mix PerliteXe thoroughly with water by a mixer at a speed not exceeding 500 rpm for 3 minutes.
5) Add 2 liters of water ( +0.5 liters if needed), stir by a mixer for no more than 2 minutes until smooth
6) To determine the quality of the mixture, take a small amount of the mixture with a construction trowel and turn it face down. If the mixture is held on the trowel, the product is ready to be applied to the surface. If it is not held on the trowel, add 0.5 liters of water and stir for another 2 minutes
7) Keep the resulting solution for 5-6 minutes and then thoroughly mixed again. As a result, we get a homogeneous plastic mixture.
8) The resulting mixture must be used at a temperature of over +5 degrees Celsius for 3 hours.
Surface preparation
To start the work, the surface does not need to be treated with special repair compounds, primers and waterproofing compounds. It will be enough to remove the areas prone to shedding and remove dust from the surface.
Wet the surface before applying the mixture to the surface of the wall, floor and ceiling. In hot weather, on the 2nd-3d day after applying the mixture, spray water over the plaster applied to the surface.
