1. Sign Sales Contract with Distributor

2. Open a Joint Conditional Account for Buyer(Buyers attorney, or Rep)/Distributor/Manufacturer

3. POF(BCL)

4. On site visit within 2-4business days after the contract submitted.

5. On site SGS and live stock inspection

6. Seller provides Copy of SGS report.

7. Joint Conditional account has to be funded 100% within 48 hours after an on-site inspection.

8. release 30% from a joint account for the first initial payment.

9. Buyers SGS inspection (optional, highly recommend)

10. Remaining funds will be released daily based on the shipment schedule.
