GLH-II Electrogas welder is high efficient welding machines to weld the vertical jointof tank shell for the thickness range from 8MM up to100MM( AND MORE), only one pass welding needed for the vertical jiont, the effeiceny is 30 times to manual welding. For the plate of 3.2M width and average thickness 25MM, the average welding time is 30 minutes. Our machines welding process is Electrogas ,better than FCAW which need multi-pass welding. The electrogas welding provides different types of operation tractors for different working conditions. Type CLH-II is mainly used for big diameter tank such as oil tank, for work high above the ground. The operation tractor rides on the wall of the tank, moving along the wall to carry out welding at every vertical weld driven by electric machine; Type GLH-II is mainly used for middle and small diameter tank such as blast furnace and hot-blast stove, for low-level working. The operation tractor is hanged on one side of the plate. It can be pushed not only to move along the wall of the tank artificially, but also to move on the ground; Type DLH-II is mainly used in invert construction for tank-shaped objects such as oil tank, for low-level working. The operation tractor is fitted with wheel with absorb device, which can tightly and safely attach to the plate. It can move along special track, and also can be pushed on smooth ground; Type CTLH-II is mainly used for frame welding for hull. It is convenient that it can be laid in the hanged basket when using.
