LOI from Buyer along with Bank details and coordinates along with authorization for soft verification. POP and site visit allowed subject to POF MT 705 Bank to Bank.

Procedure:

1. LOI from Buyer.

2. FCO from seller.

3. ICPO from Buyer ON Soft verification by seller's bank

4. SPA DRAFT from Seller For verification and Modification if any.

5.Buyer will sign and seal SPA and return it back to Seller.Seller will sign the Final and send hard copy to buyer through Courier. Buyer Send MT 705 Through buyers bank using SWIFT Messaging system Confirmation of Fund and Request for Site visit proof of product if needed through SWIFT MESSAGE FROM BUYERS BANK TO SELLERSBANK

6. Seller issues Proforma Invoice to Buyer.

7. Buyer will issue irrevocable confirmed DLC MT700 in favor of Seller.

8. Buyer can visit at the time of loading at the loading port

9. Third party Inspection of Goods (SGS) at loading port by Seller.

10. Shipment commences.
