- Improved in FOUR aspects:Raw Material：We updated the raw material formula substantially improved the sical performance, according to the high illumination intensity, environment temperature and pressure inside the tank.Structure: Since the high pressure and temperature contained by the tank, we improved the structure of each hole of it to prevent from deformation and leak. Price deduction: We decided to cut our profits and prices to increase competitiveness and build a better business relationship with our clients.Valve:The leak is caused by poor exhaust inside the air vent tube and the deformation in holes where connected to the tubes. And deformation is a result of gravity, the shaking by animals and wind. Therefore We invented a plastic air valve to replace the air vent tube.
As listed in the table，there are some key improvements in the raw material formula：
Tensile Strength increased 17.6% and Flexural Modulus raised about 48%, which means better performance in strength and hardness, reduce the possibility of leak when the pressure increases.
Vicat Softening Temperature increased from 135℃ to 152℃, and Defection Temperature Under Load goes up from 108℃ to 132.3℃, which improve the sustainability in high temperature giving a longer service life.
We didn't sacrifice Charpy Notched Impact Strength to get increase in those four indexes, which is indeed a great improvements.
