Dolomite Ore

In our mines there is major deposit of low silica dolomite which has the chemical composing as Bhutan grade. Chemical Analysis is as below: -

•       SiO2 – ≤ 1.00%

•       Fe2O3 – ≤ 0.02%

•       CaO– ≥ 30.5%

•       MgO – ≥ 20%

•       Burn Burst Rate – 5% and Moisture rate is ≤ 0.5%

•       It does not contain the following minerals with particle size greater than 0.25 mm such as chromite, andalusite, kyanite, sillimanite, zircon, mullite. Corundum, rutile and nickel minerals.

•       Undersize i.e. below 8 mm not to exceed 4%, however, oversize (25-40mm) and undersize together not to exceed 10%.

•       The Fluctuation range of the adjacent two batches of raw materials :- 1) CaO = ±0.3%, 2) MgO = ±0.3%.

•       This is available in loose packing.
