- 3. Test chamber: It consists of a closed combustion test chamber, a tometric measuring system, a radiation cone device, a combustion system, a weighing instrument, an igniter, a test box, a bracket, a temperature measuring instrument, and a smoke density testing software.
- 4. Optical Windows: 2 optical windows with diameter of 75mm, and mounted in the top and bottom of the cabinet. a 9W heater on it to assure the temperature on the surface of optical windows between 50~55oC.
- 5. Inlet: An inlet event with shutter shall be provide in the front of the chamber at the top and away from the furnace, and an exhaust event with shutter shall be provided in the bottom of the chamber to lead. the diameter of 65mm,closed and open by the solenoid valve
- 6. Exhaust: the exhaust with shutter shall be provided in the bottom of the chamber to lead. nozzle diameter is Φ80mm, via flexible pipe with a diameter of 50~100mm to an extraction fan capable of creating a negative pressure of at least 0.5kPa.
- 7. Pressure measuring system of the chamber: Water Pressure gauge having a range of 1.5kPa and installation on the front with a pressure sensor which range of 0-2kPa, accuracy is ±2Pa;
- 8. Chamber temperature measuring: Diameter is 1.0mm temperature sensor installation back wall of the chamber
