Standards: According to ISO 6722-2011, QC/T 730-2005, JASO D608-92, JASO D611-94, SAE J1127, SAE J1128, JIS C3406 etc.

Used range: Applied to test the resistance to abrasion of Auto cable insulation jacket in moving condition.

1. Test sample: Conductor section area between 0.13~8.0mm

2. Weight of the bracket, support rod, and pivoting arm total weight of 0.63N;

3. Material of sandpaper:Â 150J, P150, 150G, 80J, 180J etc as standards requset to accessorie

4. Speed of sandpaper: 1500mm/min as a constant speed for moving

5. Angle of sandpaper: approach and exit the test sample from below at an angle of 29 degree.

6. Diameter of supporting pin: ф6.9±0.1mm.

7. Length of measuring sandpaper: 0-99999.9mm can be preset and resolution is 0.1mm
