FEATURES * Pre-washed by Ozonized water, the bleached cloth is dried at 120 C in a closed chamber to remove all microorganisms and impurities. * In order to ensure low Bioburden level and to eliminate Microbial organism, entire Gauze finished Products are manufactured as per EN and MDD Norms, in a Clean Medical Room Of Class 10K and 100K environmental using European / U.S.A. imported machines to avoid human handling of the Product. * Cut edges in the Swabs are folded in (surgical fold), to avoid Protruding threads, to reduce the risk of threads staying inside the body during surgery. * Blood Holding / Absorbing Capacity is more than 6-7 times of the weight of the Product.Absorbency is less than 5 seconds compared to the International Standard of 10 seconds. * No Chemical residues in the Product is used in order to avoid any kind of irritation or allergies to the Patients. * Low Bio burden level even in our Non-Sterile product, due to clean room conditions and methods in manufacturing. * Our Products Complies to the requirement of Heamo Compatibility Test. * 60% of X-ray thread (Barium Sulte multi filament yarn from U.K. - (The best of its kind in the World) are woven in to the Gauze which will not break or come out separately during application and very clearly visible in X-Rays / Scans.. PACKING: * Product are Packed in Clean environmental condition in a Low Bio-Burden Level of Less Than 100 cfu before sterilization.100 pcs are packed as Non-Sterile, 2 Pcs, 5 Pcs and 10 Pcs are packed as Ready to Sterile and Sterile Ready to use, as per Customer's requirement in Peelable Blister Pouches. Fully atomized and imported machines are used in packing as per medical standards norms * Pouches are made from imported medical grade paper and film as per EN868 Standard and Sealed with minimum 6 mm band width to hold the sterility and sterile Content. * Sealing is tested as per Dye Penetration method to ensure no leak as per ASTM Standard. * Packaging is done as per EN and New ISO Standard to ensure sterility as Sterile Content and able to do Sterilization by using all 3 Sterilization methods (Steam, EO and Gamma). * Using a special Medical Grade Paper and Film to hold the Sterile content for 6 months for Steam Sterilization, 3 years for Ethylene Oxide Sterilization and 5 years for Gamma Sterilization. * Bacterial endos than the limit after Sterilization which will not cause any reaction or side effect to the User. * Products are Sterilized In-house, in a Validated Process to hold the Sterile Content and residual Ethylene Oxide Below Detectable Level (BDL).
