PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Application
Mainly used for purify ste-resistant oil on generating units. PR can efficiently remove water, gas, impurities, oxide and improve the conductivity of ste ester fire-resistant oil. Adopting advanced hydrolic and hydrobic principle, the equipment is dehydration, deacidification, broken emulsion and high precious filtration.The PR series can dehydrate and break emulsion for the ste ester fire-resistant oil which has been turbid and emulsified after running by water, restoring the oil to reach the oil standards, so as to ensure the normal operation of adjustment and lubrication system and to extend the maintenance period.Equipment can be vacuum-resistant oil ste dewatering system depth.
Performance
Adopts vacuum membrane separation technology. The surface of oil exposes most and maximizes passing time in the vacuum time, so that the water and gas in the oil get enough time to be vaporized. This optimized structural design can efficiently remove the water, gas and acid oxides.Can rapidly remove the impurities, sludge, sediment, and trace moisture in the ste-resistant oil, and to improve the performance of the oil.Can effectively get rid of moisture, mechanic impurity, and organic acids.Capable of deep purification and filtration treatment. Also PR series can do remote pumping and oiling to the equipment.
