Denim polyester fabric is one of the main product series of our company. The combination of cotton and polyester and modern weaving technology have created products with exnt quality and exnt performance. What is denim?

Denim is a sturdy twill cotton fabric woven from indigo, grey or mottled white yarns. Denim is probably one of the most famous and most often worn fabrics, from classic blue jeans to jackets, dresses, work pants and more. For nearly one hundred and fifty years, blue jeans have been a symbol of classic America.

Denim jeans were invented in the 1870s by Jacob Davis and Levi Strauss, the same man who founded Levi's Jeans. His business partner, Jacob Davis, pioneered the use of copper rivets in men's denim and cotton-duck cloth pants to reinforce the weak points of this garment. This technique made the pants more suitable for everyday wear by working men.

Authentic denim is made of cotton. Your denim needs to be 100% cotton to provide the perfect texture: cotton denim is durable, but will fit you every time you wear it, meaning your jeans will be unique every time you put them on.

While we prefer cotton jeans, sometimes 1% or 2% stretch provides a little extra comfort while maintaining all the wonderful qualities that cotton gives classic jeans.

Caring for Denim

When caring for your denim, you may want to go against your instincts and make your clothes look new again. Denim can age and wear well, and will become more comfortable over time. Real denim should be worn underneath so it can shape your body, become softer and develop your personality. Read: Extremely low maintenance.

Does denim wrinkle?

Denim doesn't wrinkle and denim jeans are easy to maintain.

Does denim wash well?

For your jeans, less is more. Washing, that is. Jeans only need to be washed once in a maximum of five washes. You should always wash your jeans turned inside out to prevent excessive fading and dry them on a low temperature to maintain the fit.
