Instructions:Step 1.Put on the vest under the thick jacket (very important step ,otherwise you may notfeel warm)Step 2.connect the vest with the power bank with the cableStep 3.Long press the controller in the left chest for one second until the red light on, thenpre-heating for 5 mins ,press the controller to adjust different temperature(Hi-Mi-Lo temp.)Step 4.Long press the controller for one second until the light off,the heated vest stopheating.More instructions or notices,pls read the manual carefully.

Pre- Heating time: 5 minutes (55°C-60°C)

Keep heating time:

High temperature mode: 3 hours (50°C-55°C)

Middle temperature mode: 5 hours (45°C-55°C)

Low temperature mode: 7 hours (40°C-45°C)
