The production process of 5 gallon filling machine generally can be classified into three categories: washing, filling, capping. Fist, the bottle passing through the auto bottle lifting machine, and then decapping. The washing section has three parts, chemical rinsing, drip-dry and pure water washing. Finally, the bottle will be filled and capped automatically.

5. Special filling principle-dual filling(at the early filling stage, the two filling valves work simultaneously, after some time, the auxiliary filling valve stops working , while main filling valve keeps working), avoid water waste.

6. Filling time adjustable 0.1S-1S, ensuring the precision of filling amount.
