Overview

Structural features
1.Mixing effect
The standard conical spiral mixer has two mixing screws. In practical application, according to the size of the equipment specification, single (one long screw), double (one or two asymmetric screws of each length) and three (two short and one long symmetrically arranged) screws can be used.
2.Cooling and heating
A jacket can be added outside the mixer barrel to cool or heat the materials by injecting cold and hot medium into the jacket;Generally, industrial water is pumped into cooling, and steam or electric heating heat transfer oil can be introduced into heating.
3.Liquid mixing
The liquid injection pipe is connected to the atomizing nozzle at the intermediate shaft of the mixer to realize liquid adding and mixing;By selecting specific materials, acid and alkaid materials can be added for powder liquid mixing.
4.Compressive strength
The cylinder cover can be made into a dome, which can not only reduce the residue and facilitate cleaning, but also improve the compressive strength of the cylinder of the mixer. This setting is often used when the pressure of the cylinder of the mixer is required.
5.Negative pressure feed
In a specific process, the cylinder of the mixer can be made into a negative pressure bin, and the hose can be used to suck the dry materials with good fluidity into the mixing bin for mixing, which can avoid the residue and pollution in the material feeding link.
6.Discharging mode
Standard equipment generally adopts quincunx shaped "dislocation valve", which fits closely with the bottom of the long screw to effectively reduce the mixing dead angle. The driving forms are manual and pneumatic;According to the needs of users, butterfly valve, ball valve, star unloader, side discharge, etc. can also be added.
