Product Description
ZHUOJUN® redispersible polymer powders are manufactured by spray drying macromolecular copolymer dispersions under carefully defined conditions. They are mainly used improve cohesion, adhesion and flexibility in constructions especially in drymix mortar.
Composition:
Polymer Resin
It is the main ingredient of dispersion particle and a key part for redispersible polymer powders to come into play.
Additives (interior)
It plays a role of modified resin with polymer resin.
Protective Colloid
A layer of hydrolic material will be coated on the surface of the redispersible polymer powder. The protective colloid of most redispersible polymer powder is polyvinyl alcohol.
Additives (exterior)
The anti-caking agents and super-fined mineral additives are incorporated to make sure that powder properties are maintained during storage and processing.

Packaging
ZHUOJUN® redispersible polymer powders are available in 25 KG paper plastic composite bags.
Storage
ZHUOJUN® redispersible polymer powders should be stored in its original packaging in a cool dry place with temperature below 30℃

Validity
It is recommended to use ZHUOJUN® redispersible polymer powders within six months. If not caked under prolonged storage, they can still be usable.
Notes
The unused redispersible polymer powders have to be sealed to avoid moisture in with air.
