Application

Aluminum profiles generally use medium-viscosity or high-viscosity protective film products. Colors are transparent, milky white, blue, black and white, etc. The thickness is 30 ~ 120μm. Therefore, we need to select different protective films according to different surfaces of the aluminum material. Depending on the surface and film pressure, the rate of viscosity rise is different. Generally, the protective film should be peeled off after sufficient time to determine whether the viscosity is suitable. Installation Instructions

1. Clean the surface of aluminum profile: use cleaner or detergent to wipe the surface of aluminum profile to remove impurities and grease. Rinse with water and wipe dry.

2. Choose the right protective film: According to the characteristics of the aluminum profile and the use of the environment, choose the right PE aluminum profile protective film. Make sure the size of the protective film is suitable and leave a certain margin.

3. Unwrap the protective film: Be careful when unwrapping the protective film to avoid breakage.

4. Peeling off the protective film: smooth the protective film onto the surface of the aluminum profile, slowly peel off the protective film from one side, and at the same time, gently press it with your hand or a scraper to make sure that it fits tightly.

5. Flatten the film: Gently flatten the film by hand or squeegee to make complete with the surface of the aluminum profile and eliminate air bubbles.

6. Check the quality: Check whether the protective film is tightly fitted, the surface is flat and free of air bubbles and wrinkles.
