Brief Introduction
FEP is a copolymer of TFE (tetrafluoroethylene) and HFP (hexafluoropropylene), it is melt-processable and can be injection molded. Because of the strong bonds between its carbon atoms and fluorine atoms, FEP resin offers exnt chemical resistance and electrical stability. It can function well even at working temperature up to 200 °C without performances compromise.
FEP resin HD922 is one of the common fluoroplastics. can be processed by conventional melting extrusion methods such as injection molding, transfer molding, compression and blow molding techniques. This FEP resin molding grade is an ideal choice for various shapes of end use articles and components.
