The aluminum strip (or copper strip) is first folded into an L shape, and then continuously helically wound on the outer surface of the base tube under tension. The tension of the aluminum strip shall be properly controlled to maximize the pressure between the bottom of the fin and the base tube, so as to maximize the heat transfer performance. The maximum working temperature is 150 ℃.
