All Pipe & ts are molded as one piece from tough, impact resistant high density polyethylene which will withstand sub zero temperatures. The floats will not rust or corrode and is resistant to most chemicals. A UV stabilizer is added to the polyethylene for exnt resistant to sunlight (UV). The low profile float design provides stability and reduced resistance to waves, currents, and winds .

Of the rotomoulds, marine float is a comparatively easy project for us to make cast aluminum rotomould for, and we have very good experience in achieving a good cavity finish, which makes rotomolded float demoulded easily, and we know how to adjust the lock structure, ensuring each rotomolded marine float can be connected to others properly.

Also, for a rotomolded float as large as we have made rotomould for, we will also advise to add re-inforcing features, improving float's performance in strength and reliability.
