Product Help and FAQS

Q: Does it need a battery? Does it use flint?

A: Totally no, fully automatic electronic ignition.

Q: Does it come filled ?

A: No, it comes without butane due to safety issues, it is easy to order the butane cartridges onuy from local shop.

Q: Is it hard to refill for this torch?

A: No, turn the torch upside down, insert gas canister's long nozzle into the filling valve, make sure you get the long nozzle butane can. If you just have short nozzle butane in handy, you need the adapter to connect the butane can, and insert the nozzle into the filling valve.

Q: Do we have to keep the ignition trigger depressed while using?

A: No, the trigger is only to ignite the flame but does not need to be pressed all the time, it will still be on by itself.

Q: How do I know the torch chamber is full when I refill ?
