Agitation and Homonization • Low Speed Gear Motor (35 Rpm) • Automatic safety stops of agitator at door Opening. • Automatic programmed Continuous agitation • Homonization of milk fat in w minutes according to ISO 5708 Standard. 3. Cooling Equipment • Separate hermetic type cooling unit with Emerson Copland compressor 1 x CR22. • R 22 Refrigerant 4. Electrical equipments • Automatic box fastened on the cover opening • The control interface (Stop, Refrigeration start, continuous agitation start)(Optional) • The regulation and display of milk temperature, • The management and control of cooling, agitation and alarms function, • Standard electric power : 230V / 1P / 50Hz or 440V / 3/ 50Hz. 5. Performance • Milk at 35 C cools down to 4 C within 3 hrs. Results in an ambient temperature of 38 C.
